THE OPPORTUNITY 

Our driven and growing Buying & Merchandising department is now looking for a Buyer to join our Booztlet team. This opportunity gives you a chance to be part of our fastest-growing business unit, our outlet Booztlet and bring it to the next level.

 In this role, you will join an organization within Buying and Merchandising, with a strong foundation in data and an analysis-driven mindset. This You will join a fantastic team that works closely with the whole Buying & Merchandising & Marketing department and at the same time builds a strong relationship with the suppliers. 

This is an amazing opportunity for the candidate who is ready to set new standards within the off-price industry to ensure that Booztlet becomes the preferred off-price shop in the Nordics. You need to have a CARE WHY mindset, a high level of engagement, and a desire to meet and outperform targets.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Manage product selection across all categories, including identifying potential business opportunities 
  • Buy products based on analytical data 
  • Ensure optimal and strong purchases 
  • Negotiate with new and existing partners to create a long-lasting relationship
  • Challenge the brands to see new opportunities within the off-price market
  • Be in close contact with stakeholders internally and externally to secure the performance of the categories
  • Produce collections to the off-price market based on analytical data

YOUR PROFILE 

To be successful in this role you need to have an entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to make a step-change. We are looking for one who enjoys taking the initiative to drive your own or the team's ideas forward. As a person, you have strong negotiation skills and are being motivated by working in a fast-paced environment with KPI’s, targets, and deadlines. You are also responsible and have strong organizational & time management skills. 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience within retail buying preferable in the fashion industry and/or commercial experience 
  • Strong proven negotiation skills within commercial terms as well as partnership
  • Good understanding of KPI´s and analytical skills
  • Good problem-solving skills 
  • Solid at maintaining and strengthening relationships with brands and eager to scout for new brands
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
