HR Partner I Tech platform teams

THE OPPORTUNITY 

Join our HR Team as an HR Partner for our Tech platform consisting of 150 outstanding developers and engineers. Our platform teams are growing and currently based in Malmö, Copenhagen, Århus, Vilnius and Poznan.

As an HR Partner you will set direction and support our Tech platform teams during our fast-paced journey. You will be the manager's direct point of contact and your role is to support and facilitate development at all levels and drive talent acquisitions within the teams. Including on-boarding, development and performance to ensure that we have the best possible Platform teams in place for Boozt Group – today and for the future. This is a newly created position so you have the opportunity to set direction in cooperation with our CHRO. 


WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Act as a partner to our Platform leaders by providing them with the needed support as well as coordinate team and leadership development initiatives.
  • Take a leading strategic and operational role in working with employee engagement, development and retention in our platform teams
  • Lead and support our HR Tech recruiters across the teams
  • Responsible for on-boarding processes 
  • Manage our employer branding initiatives to ensure we attract the right talent within the Tech industry

Work in-line with the Boozt core values to ensure they live throughout the platform teams 


YOUR PROFILE
 

Minimum 5 years of experience working with HR (HR business partner or talent acquisition) within Tech/IT

  • Proven record of creating HR processes and programs – preferably from a start-up or matrix organisation or consultancy.
  • A service-minded curious facilitator with strong collaboration skills
  • Deep basic understanding of business needs within the Tech industry 
  • Fluent in English since this is our corporate language (only applications in English will be considered)
