DINE ARBEJDSOPGAVER
- Hjælpe vores kunder med alle ærinder via telefon, mail og chat
- Være ekspert i at besvare spørgsmål der handler om alt fra specifik produktinformation, reklamationer og lagerstatus til detaljer om levering og kampagner. Vær forberedt på at give stiltips og shoppingvejledning!
- Være firmaets øjne og ører, ved at at fungere som et vigtigt led i kæden "fra bestilling til levering" og samtidigt sikre en kontinuerlig fokus på firmaets mål om en uovertruffen serviceoplevelse for alle.
DIN PROFIL
- Du behersker dansk på modersmålsniveau
- Du har gode sprogfærdigheder, og sætter en ære i at udtrykke dig korrekt i tekst og tale (sprogprøver gennemføres)
- Du trives med servicefaget og de udfordringer der ligger i at kunne give hurtig, korrekt og tydelige information til vores kunder
- Du er hjælpsom, ansvarsfuld og ser grundighed som en selvfølge
- Du er stolt af din omhyggelighed, og det føles naturligt for dig at være omtænksom og lydhør, både internt og eksternt
- Prestigeløshed er en egenskab du værdsætter, og stræber efter at opnå selv
- Gode engelskfærdigheder, både mundtligt og skriftligt. Vores koncernsprog er engelsk.
- Erfaring fra servicefag på forskellige niveauer er et plus. Erfaring fra kundeservice i et kontormiljø prioriteres højere end en baggrund fra modebranchen.
