Senior Business Controller | Business Finance
THE OPPORTUNITY
Boozt has experienced an accelerated growth journey over the last couple of years and now we are looking for a Senior Business Controller to join our Business Finance team.
As a Senior Business Controller, you have a great understanding of the relationship between the financial and operational sides of the business. With a strong analytical mindset and understanding of the business and process flows you can identify improvement areas, and communicate and manage different internal stakeholders to ensure we are optimizing our resources throughout the business.
You will join the Group’s Business Finance team of five colleagues and work across the Group closely with the operational management.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Budget, forecast, and follow-up responsibility of certain business units within the organization
Monthly reporting to management
Work closely with other functions of the business and support with financial and operational data, KPIs, analyses, trends, and insights
Support the team and other departments with ad-hoc analyses and participate in different business cases
Participate in development-, automation- and improvement projects within the team and organization
YOUR PROFILE
To be successful in this role, you have a strong analytical mindset with an interest in the business and process flows. You are curious, solution-oriented, and work proactively to identify improvement areas, both financial and operational. You are a responsible and structured person with an eye for detail. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate and work independently in a dynamic environment with a high pace are also highly valued.
3+ years of experience working in a similar Controlling role
University degree in finance, accounting, and/or administration
Experience in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and the Office suite is a requirement
Experience in using BI tools, such as Qlik Sense is a merit
Fluent in English since this is our corporate language (only applications in English will be considered)
