Booztlet is now looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our dynamic and growing team as a Business Analyst.
In this role, you will work closely with and report to the Teamlead and cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data and translate them into actionable recommendations for our business. You will work across the organization and closely with the management, giving you the opportunity to get involved in the decision-making and the commercial business development of Booztlet.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Work on the development of internal reporting and analytics tools
Ongoing cost control and reporting
Contribute with cross-team insights
Identify, scope, and run initiatives to increase revenue streams and optimize profit
Ongoing evaluation and follow-up, and reporting on implemented project
Own and drive commercial projects
Assist in ad hoc analysis, presentations, and business cases for management
YOUR PROFILE
To be successful in this role, you are a detail-oriented person with a passion for business development and strategy. You should have a strong analytical and numerical background and your approach to problem-solving is proactive and innovative. You are a responsible and independent team player who has the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Master’s degree in business administration (focus on economics, finance, strategy, or numbers-based marketing)
Strong analytical skills
An ambition to develop your BI skills in Data Studio, Google Analytics, Qlik
Strong excel and Powerpoint skills
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Fluent in English since this is our corporate language (only applications in English will be considered)
