THE OPPORTUNITY

To our growing Commercial Department we are looking for a Senior Project Manager with proven team leader experience. As our new Senior Project Manager you will be leading a team consisting of 11 people creating, developing and implementing creative concepts, campaigns and other larger projects that are driven by the Brand & Visual Communication Team. You will lead the team and be in charge of owning and creating an overview of our various projects. You will ensure that the projects are aligned and meet deadlines as well as having the main responsibility of the cross-team collaboration throughout the rest of the organization. You will together with the Brand Directors and Art Directors secure that the projects, concepts and campaigns are on brand.

We are running big campaigns with many placements in a complex structure which requires that you are used to driving the whole process, from brief to execution. You are making sure that the process of the project is structured, time efficient, and that relevant stakeholders are involved. It is also of importance to have a close collaboration with our production team (producer, photographers and stylists).

We are looking for a business minded and communicative leader with a passion for communication, ecommerce and has a strong commercial side. Does this sound interesting? Then this might be the perfect opportunity!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

● Direct reports of 11 people in the Brand & Visual Communications Team.
● Secure deliveries and alignment within the creative process according to brief.
● Keep project overview for all stakeholders.
● Ownership of planning and prioritization when it comes to projects, tasks and resources.
● Setup time line and secure deadlines.
●Be proactive, able to manage sudden changes and handle many stakeholders.
● Work in Jira and Confluence.

YOUR PROFILE

As a person we believe that you are used to taking full responsibility and driving the projects from start to finish. You are used to communicating and collaborating with different stakeholders throughout the business, from Art Directors to Marketing executives.

●Minimum 5 years of experience from a similar role.
● Leadership experience from a fast paced working environment.
● Project Management experience preferably from an in-house agency or a marketing department.
● Experienced in working with stakeholder management and building long term relations.
● Fluent in English, both orally and written.
● Strong communication skills, entrepreneurial approach, t and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
