Internal Communication Consultant

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're seeking an ambitious, positive, and dynamic Communication Consultant to become a vital part of our Corporate Communications team located at our Hyllie headquarters in Malmö.

This is a unique opportunity for you looking to work in a fast-growing e-commerce company where you with your internal Communication skills can support knowledge sharing and nurture our Care Why Culture.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

Your primary goal is to support the overall Communication strategy for our internal channels and intranet. You will be the playmaker for our internal communication and together with the Communications team you will take part in running different initiatives and projects.

Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to take part and assist in events, social media, public relations as well as other communications matters and you will be an important part of the team.

Tasks will include:

• Responsibility for our internal communication & internal news flows

• Run projects with internal stakeholders regarding Employer branding and internal events

• Contribute to nurturing our Care Why culture

• Generate and author a variety of engaging external and internal communications including content such as press releases, blog posts, articles, FAQs, media statements, talking points, social media posts, and keynote presentations.

• Collaborate closely and assist various Boozt teams in making sure all our great stories and milestones come to life both externally and internally.

YOUR PROFILE

To succeed in this position, it is essential that you are both a skilled communicator and a strong collaborator – with a sharp pen and a commercial mindset. And that you are caring, committed, and a great team player. You are not afraid to question the status quo and are ready to jump into action when and wherever needed.

Since Boozt is a truly international company, you will be involved in cross-cultural collaboration. Our corporate language is English meaning great written and oral English skills are crucial.

● Possess a bachelor's or master's degree in communications, journalism, or PR, accompanied by a minimum of 1-3 years of experience within in-house Corporate Communications.
