Now we are expanding our HR & Payroll team and are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team.

The role of HR Coordinator provides administrative support to the HR function. You will be involved in small to bigger projects as well as being a person who is good at coordinating and staying on top of details. Your skills, ideas, and contributions will be highly valued and have a positive impact on the success of our business.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department's day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include;

• Updating and maintaining data in our HR systems

• Coordinate onboarding of new employees

• Writing assessments in connection to our work environment

• Employer branding events

• Supporting the team with various administrative tasks

• Contributing to the ongoing development of HR processes

YOUR PROFILE
To be successful in this role, you must be a service-minded person with strong collaboration skills. With an eye for detail, you are open-minded, and driven and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• 1-3 years of related experience in a Coordinator job preferably within the HR

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent education

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Fluent in English since this is our corporate language (only applications in English will be considered)
