WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Advise and Support: Be the go-to expert for legal advice on consumer law, marketing law, and product safety.

• Draft and Negotiate: Draft, review, and negotiate diverse legal documents and contracts.

• Stay Informed: Keep your knowledge up to date with relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize risk.

• Collaborate: Work closely with the legal team and other departments to provide seamless legal support

• Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks and deliver proactive solutions to mitigate them.

• Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving legal disputes efficiently and effectively.

YOUR PROFILE 

To succeed in this role, you will need to be pragmatic with a strong business understanding and can integrate legal advice with business strategy. You have a keen eye for detail and at the same time the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You are an analytical and proactive problem-solver who prioritizes solutions over processes. Through your excellent communication skills, you collaborate well with stakeholders at all levels and provide clear actionable guidance that is legally sound and commercially viable.

• Master's degree in the field of Law from a recognized university

• Proven experience in consumer law, marketing law, and product safety

• Prior experience in a similar role or a law firm with relevant practice areas is advantageous

• Risk management skills with the ability to provide proactive legal advice

• Proficiency in English (Boozt corporate language) and one Scandinavian language
