Junior Accountant

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a junior accountant to join our growing Accounting team. As a junior accountant, you will be responsible for booking and reconciling bank accounts as well as handling finance-related emails. Together with the team, you will ensure the high quality and correctness of our accounts and also be an important part of our company’s financial success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Daily bookkeeping of mainly bank accounts and reconciliations monthly

• Handling of outgoing and incoming invoices as well as maintenance and processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Assist with daily administrative tasks such as handling finance-related emails and executing other ad-hoc requests

• Assist and work closely with many departments within the organization and solve invoice-related issues related to the supply chain

• Other accounting tasks 

YOUR PROFILE

To be successful in this role, you have attention to high quality, detail, and accuracy. You are eager to learn and grow in the accounting field. The approach to problem-solving is proactive and innovative. You are a positive, responsible, and structured person who thrives on collaboration. You can work in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Relevant Swedish bookkeeping experience is a requirement

• Danish bookkeeping experience is advantageous

• Intermediate Excel skills

• Experience in using ERP systems is advantageous

• Excellent communication skills both oral and written

• Fluent in English - Boozt corporate language
