Are you ready to take the lead in shaping world-class CRM strategies? As a Senior CRM Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting data-driven, personalized customer experiences. Collaborating with Marketing Automation Coordinators and Marketing Automation Developers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop and execute CRM strategies that drive customer engagement and business growth.
CRM operations, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.
Design and implement automated customer journeys that enhance retention and loyalty.
Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize CRM initiatives.
Refine customer segmentation for more effective targeting and personalization.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive CRM innovation and efficiency.
Be a go-to CRM expert, guiding best practices in marketing automation.
YOUR PROFILE
To succeed in this role, you are a strategic thinker with a passion for CRM, marketing automation, and data-driven marketing. A natural leader and problem-solver who communicates effectively and thrives in dynamic environments. You have a strong track record of delivering results-driven campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or digital marketing.
Expertise in customer engagement platforms (e.g., SFMC, Braze, Adobe, Bloomreach, Voyado).
Strong data segmentation and multi-channel campaign knowledge.
Proven ability to design and implement cross-channel customer journeys.
Experience in analyzing campaign performance and deriving insights.
Familiarity with Agile or project management methodologies.
Experience in retail media and Google Analytics is a plus.
