Talent Acquisition Specialist

THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you passionate about recruitment and confident in your ability to find and attract the right talent? Then you might be our next Talent Acquisition Specialist that will play a key role in building strong, high-performing teams that move Boozt forward.

In this role, you’ll own the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring – primarily for our Commercial teams. You bring a self-starting attitude, manage multiple processes with ease, and confidently guide stakeholders to secure the right talent.

You will be joining our business-driven HR team and play a key role in helping us grow the teams that drive Boozt forward.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Drive and execute recruitment needs within our Commercial Departments.

• Manage full-cycle recruitments: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talents

• Partner with our Hiring Managers to define the recruitment process, talent acquisition strategy and future needs

• Uncover top talent through various sourcing channels: LinkedIn, university collaborations, employee referrals and our employer brand.

• Assess our candidates through our internal tools like Predictive Index

• Own the contract process – turning candidate experiences into signed offers.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a self-starter attitude that enjoys working and managing multiple processes at once. You’re confident in your hiring expertise and comfortable guiding and challenging stakeholders to find the best match for each role.

• At least 2 years experience running recruitment from A-Z

• Have a good sense of business understanding and are capable of integrating it with recruitment

• Passionate about finding talent and deliver the best candidate experience

• Fluent in English since this is our corporate language
