THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you passionate about visual storytelling, content creation, and bringing brands to life across platforms? As our Creative Content Manager, you’ll take the lead on photo and video productions, event-driven content, and cross-platform storytelling that inspires, engages, and converts.
This is a maternity leave position starting as soon as possible and until October 2026. You will have the opportunity to take on a high-impact role in the Brand Activation & Sponsorship team, where creativity meets strategy.
You’ll drive content from concept to delivery, leading photoshoots, influencer activations, and event content while working closely with colleagues across Design, E-commerce, Social Media, and Marketing. Your work will shape how customers experience Boozt across channels like Instagram, TikTok, onsite, newsletters, and The Edit.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Own and lead photoshoots and productions—including campaign shoots, BMP, influencer activations, and co-branded content
Plan, brief, and deliver high-quality visual and motion content tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and onsite
Lead and execute event-driven content: from influencer gatherings to brand launches, you’ll ensure we create assets that fuel storytelling across all touchpoints
Collaborate with SoMe managers to develop engaging social-first content calendars that support both organic and paid strategies
Partner with the Design team to maximize campaign shoots, BTS footage, and The Edit content
Work closely with the E-com and Buying teams to surface exclusive products, SMUs, and seasonal drops with content potential
Drive creative direction, ensuring every production and campaign is on-brand, visually compelling, and performance-oriented
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent storytelling across departments and platforms
YOUR PROFILE
You’re a visual thinker and hands-on producer who loves to connect content with purpose. You understand what drives engagement, how to manage productions, and how to tell product stories in exciting, relatable ways. With a strong creative sense and project management mindset, you thrive in the intersection of content, brand, and customer experience.
Solid experience in photoshoot production, content creation, and event coordination, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, with an eye for detail across photography, video, and short-form content
Hands-on experience with social-first formats (e.g. Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and platform best practices
Experience working with creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar (a plus, not a must)
Strong communication skills—you can brief clearly, align with stakeholders, and bring your creative vision to life
Able to manage multiple projects and timelines, staying organized and proactive in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
