THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you detail-oriented, structured, and service-minded? We’re looking for a Partner & Products Coordinator to join our Buying & Merchandising (B&M) team. In this role, you’ll ensure product data, images, deliveries, and invoices run smoothly, while supporting buyers and merchandisers in their daily operations. You’ll act as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external partners — solving issues, ensuring quality, and keeping processes on track.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work close to the products and brands within Buying & Merchandising while playing a vital role in making sure our partners’ products reach our customers in the best way possible.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Ensure correct product data, images, and attributes are uploaded and maintained
Coordinate deliveries and ensure invoices are processed correctly
Troubleshoot and resolve product- and order-related issues in close alignment with the buying and merchandising teams
Act as a service contact for external partners, ensuring timely and accurate communication
Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Finance, and Supply teams to ensure smooth product flow and problem-solving
WHO YOU ARE
Currently studying at a bachelor or masters degree level
Detail-oriented and structured with excellent organizational skills
Strong communicator who enjoys working with both internal and external stakeholders
Service-minded, proactive, and solution-oriented — you make things happen
Interest in e-commerce, retail, and/or product operations
Comfortable with administrative and operational tasks, with good Excel skills or ready to learn
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high variety in daily tasks
You might also have an interest in fashion, retail, and/or e-commerce and want to work closely with the products and the buying processes
PRACTICAL DETAILS
Position: Part-time
Location: From Q1 2026, based at our new HQ in Copenhagen (Kalvebod Brygge 1, 1560 København). Until then, work will be split between our smaller Copenhagen office and our current HQ in Malmö (30 min commute from Copenhagen).
