THE OPPORTUNITY
Boozt Giftshop has just launched - and an exciting chapter is about to begin! We are now looking for a passionate, structured and hands on Head of Sales to take part in leading the Sales initiatives.
Boozt Giftshop is a digital B2B platform that makes it simple and scalable for companies to offer a personalized gift offering for their employees.
In this role, you will shape the foundation of our sales team, implement smart processes, create structure, and lead a high-performing team that drives the next phase of growth. You will be actively executing the sales strategy for the gift shop, setting priorities, and delivering measurable results, while fostering a culture of collaboration, energy, and high performance!
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Build and lead a high-performing b2b sales team.
Define and implement scalable sales processes that drive results.
Build and manage your own b2b client base.
Take ownership of our CRM setup and ensure smooth, efficient workflows.
Collaborate across teams to create a structured and innovative business setup.
Develop segmentation and targeting strategies, and drive key account relationships.
Coach and develop your team to achieve ambitious sales goals.
You will report to the Business Director of Boozt Giftshop and be a core member of the new business area’s leadership team.
YOUR PROFILE
You’re a structured sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You combine strong commercial instincts with the ability to build high performing sales teams, create processes, and execute ambitious sales plans. You have experience building something from the ground up and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
You see yourself as a player-coach, who leads by example, creates energy in your team, and sets clear direction to achieve results.
Ideally, you have:
A strong sales and performance record.
Ability to communicate clearly and inspire your team to achieve ambitious goals.
Talent for creating structure out of chaos and designing simple, effective sales flows.
Experience with CRM systems and know how to leverage them to drive results.
Proven track record of working with and achieving high targets.
Strong verbal and written English skills.
An educational background that has equipped you with structured, analytical thinking.
