THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you a creative thinker with a sharp eye for digital design? We’re looking for a talented and driven Digital Designer to join our growing Brand & Visual Communication team. In this role, you’ll work side by side with Art Directors and fellow Designers to craft compelling, impactful, and innovative assets that inspire and engage audiences online.
You’ll collaborate closely with Category- & Campaign Managers to create memorable customer experiences, ensuring our brand identity is consistent and elevated in every channel. You’ll also get the chance to take ownership of tactical campaigns – leading projects from idea to launch, and shaping how our brand comes to life.
Our headquarters are currently located in Hyllie, just a short trip from Copenhagen by train or car, with an exciting relocation to central Copenhagen in early 2026. WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Digital Designer in our Brand & Visual Communication team – working alongside Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Conceptual Designers, Video Editors, Motion Designers, Stylists, and Photographers – you will:
Develop & execute creative concepts and campaign- on-site.
Translate brand objectives into visually striking and commercially sharp design solutions.
Pitch and present your ideas with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm.
Plan, organize, and coordinate your projects in close collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
Ensure consistency and alignment of brand messaging across all campaigns and touchpoints.
Partner with freelancers and external collaborators when needed.
YOUR PROFILE
You’re a conceptual thinker and hands-on designer. You thrive in fast-paced environments, love working in teams, and bring both creative excellence and commercial understanding to the table.
3+ years of experience in a similar role (agency or in-house).
Bachelor's degree within Digital Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Skills in Figma, Photoshop & InDesign.
Familiarity with generative AI tools and their application in the creative processes
Fluent in English, both written and spoken (our corporate language).
PRACTICAL DETAILS
Location: From Q1 2026, based at our new HQ in Copenhagen (Kalvebod Brygge 1, 1560 København). Until then, work will be split between our smaller Copenhagen office and our current HQ in Malmö (just a 30-minute commute from Copenhagen).
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
