Our sustainability department is at the forefront of driving meaningful change, guided by our Care-For Strategy. As an intern, you'll work alongside our dedicated Sustainability Reporting team, which is crucial in analyzing Boozt Group's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) performance. You'll collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to ensure we meet and exceed EU regulations and legal requirements.

Key areas you'll be involved in include:

• Collecting, analyzing, and reporting sustainability data for the Group

• Supporting Climate Action initiatives

• Engaging with ESG rankings, ratings, and surveys to boost Boozt AB's sustainability performance

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As an intern, you will work closely with a key aspect of Boozt's Sustainability Care-For strategy. You will focus on supporting ESG reporting and implementation of the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive).

You will analyze requirements, identify data needs, and facilitate efficient solutions, working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

• Supporting the Corporate Sustainability team in ESG reporting focused on the production of the Annual Sustainability Report and the implementation of CSRD requirements

• Gathering relevant data on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance from internal and external sources through our ESG data platform

• Research and identify best practices for CSRD reporting, focusing on data collection, validation, and disclosure

• Collaboration in answering extensive questionnaires on Boozt’s sustainability performance from ESG ratings such as Sustainalytics, Nasdaq, authorities and business partners

YOUR PROFILE

• Ongoing studies in business administration, sustainability, or similar disciplines with content relevant to the role.

• Practical experience or educational background in sustainability, with a focus on sustainability reporting.

• Strong proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Google Sheets, databases).

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

• Enjoy working with large datasets and have a structured, detail-oriented approach.

This opportunity is only for students with an internship in the educational program and it’s unpaid.
