The process
Assessments
The first step usually involves two assessments from Predictive Index: a behavioral test and a cognitive test. These help us understand your natural drives and how we can best support your onboarding and development. The tests are only part of the overall evaluation, and each test should be taken only once, even if applying for multiple positions.
Initial Conversation
You will have a talk with a recruiter to explore skills, past achievements, motivations, and more. It is also an opportunity to demonstrate how you can contribute to Boozt and deliver results. You will also learn more about Boozt, and we will assess whether there is a potential match.
Interviews
If there is still a potential match, you will meet with the Hiring Manager(s), usually held in person at our offices. Some roles may include a practical case to evaluate specific skills.
Job Offer
If everything aligns, you will receive a job offer and a formal employment contract - along with a warm welcome to the Boozt team!
