The process
Assessments
The process typically starts with two online assessments from Predictive Index, one behavioral and one cognitive. These help us understand your natural drives and work style, and support your onboarding and development. The assessments are only part of the overall evaluation, and each test should be taken only once, even if applying for multiple positions.
Initial Conversation
If you progress to the next stage, you will be invited to a conversation with a recruiter to explore your motivations, skills and past achievements. It is an opportunity to demonstrate how you can contribute and deliver results. You will also learn more about working at Boozt, and we will assess whether there is a potential match.
Interviews
If there is still a potential match, you will meet with the Hiring Manager(s), usually held in person at our offices. Some roles may include a practical case to evaluate specific skills.
Job Offer
If everything aligns, you will receive a job offer and a formal employment contract - along with a warm welcome to the Boozt team.
*Please note that the exact process may vary slightly depending on the role, but we will always keep you informed along the way.

Add a personal touch - it’s more important than ever in a world where AI can create standard applications. Highlight what makes you unique and memorable.
-
Show, don’t tell
If you say you are detail-oriented, prove it: use clear structure, avoid typos, and give examples that illustrate your skill. The same goes for creativity - show it through projects, results, or initiatives rather than just stating it.
-
Share your experiences
Have you traveled, studied abroad, or worked in different cultures - what did you learn? Highlight experiences that show flexibility, curiosity, and initiative.
-
Focus on results
Stand out by showing what you have achieved - measurable outcomes, successful projects, or concrete improvements you’ve contributed to over your career.

Be relevant
