Indtag en central og strategisk rolle i vores Payroll-team, hvor præcision og kvalitet er fundamentale krav. Du brænder for at give vores medarbejdere en god oplevelse, når det gælder kontrakt- og løn processer.
Netop nu står vi overfor en spændende tranformation da vi flytter vores HQ og medarbejdere fra Malmø til København. Derfor vil din rolle som Payroll og HR specialist være en nøgle rolle i denne process i forhold til at få etableret de rigtige processer og systemer til vores danske payroll setup.
PRIMÆRE ARBEJDSOPGAVER
Skabe fundamentet for hvordan vi skal køre payroll i Danmark - herunder vurdering og valg af lønsystem.
Være kontaktperson for lønrelaterede spørgsmål - og give klar og præcis information.
Håndtere den månedlige danske lønadministration samt udarbejde detaljerede lønrapporter til ledelsen.
Sikre overholdelse af lokale arbejdsmarkedslove og skatteregler.
Samarbejde tæt med HR, Finans og andre nøglefunktioner for at sikre effektive lønprocesser, smidigt dataflow og præcise lønbudgetter
Administrere ansættelseskontrakter og bidrage til at sikre, at de lever op til både virksomhedens krav og gældende lovgivning.
I samarbejde med HR teamet udarbejde politikker og processer for transformationen til København.
DIN PROFIL
For at få succes i denne rolle arbejder du proaktivt, værdsætter teamwork og har stærke kommunikationsevner, samt motiveres af at arbejde i et dynamisk miljø med mange opgaver. Du er service-minded og detaljeorienteret person med en struktureret arbejdsmetode. Du er pålidelig, analytisk og fleksibel, og evner at navigere i forandringer.
Relevant erfaring med dansk lønadministration.
Erfaring med lønsystemer – det er en fordel med Visma Lön (Multiløn Erhverv) eller Visma Agda PS
Erfaring med HRIS er en fordel – gerne HiBob.
Fortrolig med Microsoft Word og Excel.
Kendskab til og forståelse for danske skatteregler og arbejdsmarkedslove.
Flydende på dansk og engelsk.
Ren straffeattest er et krav.
