Customer Service Team Leader | Temporary Position
THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you a natural leader with a passion for customer service and team development? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact? If so, we want you on our team!
As a Customer Service Team Leader, you’ll be the key support for our agents, guiding them to meet and exceed expectations. You’ll oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage workload distribution, and ensure our team delivers unrivaled customer service.
This is a temporary position for 12 months, covering maternity leave.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead and support agents through coaching, one-on-one talks, performance reviews, and quality checks.
Oversee daily workflows, manage backlogs, and delegate tasks effectively.
Drive KPIs to ensure we meet company objectives.
Facilitate team meetings that inspire collaboration and improvement.
Take action on employee feedback to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
Play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, handling absence and development.
Lead by example and be a role model for delivering unrivaled Customer Service.
Next to your leader role there are also opportunities to be part of and/or drive impactful projects that support the development of the Customer Service Department and Boozt growth.
YOUR PROFILE
Previous experience from a Team Leader role
Proven work experience within a Customer Service job
A university/college degree within relevant areas is a plus.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
We’re looking for a customer-focused leader who leads by example with a solution-oriented and hands-on approach. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, while being collaborative, adaptable, and driven to create a positive team culture.
Please note that this is a 12-month temporary position, preferable with a start date from May.
