As a Swedish Speaking Customer Service Agent, you will be the voice of Boozt with the mission to deliver an exceptional customer experience to our Swedish market. We are looking for individuals who take initiative, adapt quickly, and consistently push for delivering outstanding service.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your journey at Boozt begins with a structured training program designed to set you up for success. Ongoing training sessions and development meetings will ensure continuous growth in your role.
Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to better customer experiences.
Handle a variety of inquiries, from product details to shipping, payments, and promotions.
Take ownership of challenges and proactively seek solutions.
Ensure a seamless experience from order to delivery.
YOUR PROFILE
You are fluent in Swedish.
You are also fluent in English since this is our corporate language and it is a part of your daily tasks to support other markets when needed.
Fluency in a language spoken in one of our other markets is strongly valued.
Good communication skills and a real interest in expressing yourself well, both in speech and writing (tests will be given as part of our recruitment process).
Previous service industry experience is highly valued.
You excel at solving problems, consistently exceeding expectations, and creating meaningful connections with both teammates and Boozt customers.
You handle challenges with ease, offering quick, precise, and personalized solutions in high-pressure situations.
OUR OFFER
This is a chance for you to join our vibrant Customer Service Team, an opportunity to grow and develop with one of the leading Nordic E-commerce companies.
Full-time employment starting with a 3 month probation period.
Working hours for the team is based on a rotating schedule of either 8:00-16:00 or 10:00-18:00, Monday through Friday.
Your working schedule will be published for you to see four months in advance.
The start date will be the 1st of June.
You will join a big international team where we support and learn from each other, but most important of all – we have fun while doing so.
