Sr. Product Designer
The opportunity
Want to shape how millions of customers find what they really want? Then keep reading.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the Search & Listing squad in the Boozt shop team — the team behind discovery, browse, and findability across Boozt and Booztlet.
You’ll own design end-to-end across Web, Mobile Web, iOS, and Android, and across two brands: Boozt and Booztlet. You’ll be part of a Squad Trio with a Product Manager and Team Lead, helping shape work from discovery through delivery.
The role is based in our Copenhagen Innovation Lab in Krystallen — “The Crystal” — in the heart of the city.
How we work — the Squad Trio
Boozt’s product organisation runs on cross-functional squads. Each squad has a Squad Trio: a Product Designer, a Product Manager, and a Team Lead.
Together, the trio frames problems, aligns on priorities, runs discovery, and guides work from idea to shipped experience. You won’t be a designer being handed finished requirements or isolated design tickets — you’ll be one of the people shaping what we build, why we build it, and how it should work for customers.
For Search & Listing, your trio partners will be:
The Product Manager, who brings product direction, business context, and outcome focus
The Team Lead, who brings engineering direction, technical perspective, and delivery focus
You, as the design lead, bringing the customer perspective, experience quality, interaction design, and craft
You’ll also be part of our Product Design Chapter, where we sharpen our craft, evolve our design system, share feedback, and raise the quality of design across squads.
What you’ll do
Lead discovery with your PM and Team Lead — frame the right problems, test assumptions early, and figure out what’s worth building
Apply the right methods to drive decisions and bring the voice of the customer into every steering conversation — whether through qualitative research, quantitative signals, usability testing, or prototyping
Own end-to-end design for the squad’s areas: search, listing pages, product cards, filters, and browse/discovery surfaces
Design across two brands and four platforms — keeping experiences coherent without flattening them into the same thing
Partner tightly with engineers all the way through build — sharing rationale, unblocking edge cases, supporting QA, and polishing what ships
Contribute to the Product Design Chapter — sharing craft, shaping the design system, and lifting the bar across squads
Help shape how Search & Listing evolves over the next few years, not just the next sprint
Your profile
You are a senior product designer who can move confidently between product thinking and execution detail. You know how to clarify messy problems, challenge assumptions, collaborate with engineers, and turn customer insight into useful, high-quality product experiences.
We imagine you have:
5+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time on consumer-facing digital products
Formal education in Product Design, Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent practical experience
Experience working in a cross-functional product team with a designer, Product Manager, and engineering lead, where you co-owned direction and outcomes
A strong portfolio showing problems, context, process, trade-offs, and outcomes — not just polished final screens
Solid skills across UX, UI, interaction design, and prototyping
Strong Figma fluency
Hands-on experience with discovery methods such as user interviews, usability testing, opportunity framing, prototyping, and research synthesis
Confidence designing for both web and native apps, including iOS and Android
Experience keeping multiple brands or platforms coherent without making everything feel identical
Comfort working closely with engineers and product managers as equals
Fluency in English, our corporate language
Strong plus
Direct experience working in a Squad Trio setup, or an equivalent product trio with a Product Manager and engineering lead
Experience with e-commerce, marketplace, retail, search, browse, filtering, or product discovery experiences
Experience contributing to or evolving a design system across multiple brands or platforms
Curiosity about AI-assisted design workflows — especially prototyping, content generation, research synthesis, and speeding up exploration
Who you are
You are result-driven, customer-curious, and pragmatic about trade-offs. You’re comfortable pushing back when something doesn’t add up, and you know how to disagree well with product and engineering partners.
You enjoy a fast-paced environment with trust, freedom, and responsibility — and you take that ownership seriously.
You care about craft, but not in isolation. You care about what ships, how it works, and whether it actually helps customers find, compare, and choose the right products.
Apply today – we’re excited to learn more about you!
