• Architect & Innovate: Develop and deliver high-quality, user-centric products and services that delight our customers.

• Engineer for Scale: Build efficient, reusable frontend abstractions and robust systems that power our core platforms.

• Elevate Quality: Actively participate in design and code reviews, ensuring best practices and raising the bar for our codebase.

• Champion Best Practices: Identify, establish, and communicate standard methodologies for top-tier frontend engineering.

• Drive & Grow: Take ownership of your competence development, constantly pushing your skills and engaging in team-wide learning initiatives.

• Optimize Performance: Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring a lightning-fast user experience.

• Continuous Improvement: Spot areas for enhancement and drive their implementation alongside your talented team.

• Bridge & Connect: Facilitate effective communication between your team and other business units, ensuring seamless project delivery.

Who You Are: A Modern Frontend Visionary

You're a skilled Frontend Developer with a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences and tackling complex challenges.

• Experience: You bring 3+ years of hands-on experience. Professional knowledge of Typescript, React, Redux, Storybook and other modern frontend technologies is a huge plus!

• Networking Know-How: You're comfortable with essential communication protocols and practices like HTTP, WebSockets, and REST.

• Performance Enthusiast: You have a genuine passion for frontend performance, debugging, and benchmarking, always striving for optimal speed and efficiency.

• Language: You're fluent in English – it's our corporate language and key to our international collaboration. (Please submit applications in English only).

• Education: A BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is desirable, but practical experience often speaks volumes.
