Beauty Director 

THE OPPORTUNITY

Boozt Fashion is on the look out for an exceptionel Head of Beauty to lead the growth and development of Beauty by Boozt. As the Beauty Director at Boozt, you will lead the strategic vision and operational execution to drive the growth in our Beauty Category.

This opportunity isn’t about keeping up—it’s about taking over. You’ll be the driving force behind our vision, pushing Beauty by Boozt to new heights. Your leadership will be key in elevating our brand and expanding our presence in the market.

If you’re a visionary leader with a passion for driving growth and having an in-depth understanding of the beauty industry—including exclusive niche brands, mainstream products, and emerging trends—this role is for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Strengthen and position Beauty by Boozt as a top-tier online beauty destination

• Own, define and drive the overall strategy for Beauty by Boozt. 

• Lead an ambitious dynamic team of buyers, planners, merchandisers and activation managers, fostering a high-performance culture and inspiring excellence. Develop their skills and empower them to achieve strategic business results aligned with strategy. 

• Drive results cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, and senior leadership to ensure optimal stock turnover, marketing initiatives, and product offerings. Use your data-driven approach to steer the Beauty division towards achieving key KPIs, revenue targets, and profitability.

• Master negotiation techniques and manage contracts with beauty brands, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and long-term relationships, whilst always keeping Boozt's best interests at heart.

• Initiate, build and cultivate strong Brand Partnerships. acting as the primary ambassador for Boozt within the beauty sector.

YOUR PROFILE

• A renowned leader with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and significant experience in the beauty industry, preferably from a top-tier global brand or retailer
• Data-driven & results-oriented with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and measurable business outcomes
• Strong communication & negotiation skills and the ability to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Fluent in English, corporate language
