CRM Operations Lead
THE OPPORTUNITY
Join Boozt as our CRM Operations Lead and act as the commercial bridge between our CRM strategy and high-impact execution. CRM is a central growth engine at Boozt, and you will play a key role in delivering commercial impact.
You will report to the CRM Director and orchestrate our CRM engine. Your goal is to translate commercial ambitions into customer-centric initiatives and realities. You won't just be managing roadmaps; you will be the commercial sparring partner for the team, ensuring that we are designing relevant messages and delivering measurable business value.
YOUR IMPACT
In this role, you will lead the Marketing Automation Specialist team and take ownership of key cross-functional CRM initiatives.

Drive repeat purchases
Increase multi-department buying
Strengthen the commercial impact of CRM across markets
You will combine structured execution with smart use of data and automation to continuously improve how we activate and retain our customers.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Connect strategy to customer value: Define projects, roadmaps and priorities
Lead and coordinate: Plan resources across key initiatives and coordinate to ensure scalable and stable delivery.
Optimize operations: Establish and improve ways of working, processes, and governance to support the team’s efficiency
Drive results: Own and project manage key strategic CRM initiatives, ensuring they successfully drive repeat purchases, higher frequency, and customer loyalty.
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive profile who thinks like a commercial strategist and executes like an expert. You bring the leadership maturity to manage project roadmaps and a talented team, always asking: “Is this actually creating value for the customer?
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Commercial Mindset & strong business understanding
8+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, or CRM roles (i.e., Account Director, CRM Manager, Experience Strategist)
Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation tools
Familiar with Google Analytics
Proven ability to analyze data, interpret results, and provide actionable recommendations
Hands-on experience with customer segmentation
Ability to design and implement cross-channel customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns
Proven success in driving business outcomes using data-driven marketing strategies
Experience mentoring team members and/or leading larger CRM projects
Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present insights
Fluent in English, corporate language
