Junior Digital Designer

THE OPPORTUNITY

Do you have a creative mindset, a sharp eye for digital design, and a passion for bringing ideas to life across digital channels? We're looking for a Junior Digital Designer to join the Booztlet team at our HQ in central Copenhagen.

In this role, you'll work closely with Art Directors and the Marketing team to create engaging campaigns and digital assets across web, paid, and email. You'll be part of bringing a consistent and inspiring brand experience to life across all markets.

A key part of the role is ensuring that campaign assets are accurately translated and adapted across markets. As we continue to automate and streamline our workflows, you'll also help improve the way we work. If you enjoy both creative work and process improvement, this role offers the opportunity to do both.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Junior Digital Designer in the Booztlet team, you will:

• Create and adapt campaign assets across web, paid, and email.

• Develop market-specific versions of campaign assets in Figma and prepare final deliverables across channels.

• Coordinate the proofreading process for all visual material across markets and channels.

• Help develop and improve automated translation and production processes.

• Ensure brand consistency across all campaigns and touchpoints.
  

YOUR PROFILE

We're looking for someone who is creative, proactive, and eager to learn. You enjoy working on multiple projects, take ownership of your tasks, and are always looking for ways to improve both creative output and processes. Ideally, you have:

• A relevant education in Digital Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, either in-house or at an agency.

• Proficiency in Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with generative AI tools and an interest in applying them to creative workflows.

• Fluency in English.
