Business Intelligence Engineer

As our new BI Engineer, you'll design and develop the data models, pipelines and dashboards that our analysts and commercial teams rely on every day. Your craft is in the data itself: clean structures, reliable pipelines, well-modelled sources, and code that holds up over time. You'll work closely with analysts, business partners and commercial stakeholders, turning their business requests into data solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Turn data into commercial impact - and shape the future of digital retail with one of the biggest retailers in the Nordics.

• Design and maintain the BigQuery data infrastructure powering commercial reporting

• Develop Qlik Sense scripts and maintain dashboards

• Lead the migration to Qlik Cloud

• Integrate data from multiple source systems using SQL and ad-hoc extracts

• Document data models, calculations and mappings so the work is transparent and maintainable

• Partner with analysts and business partners to turn their requirements into robust data products.

YOUR PROFILE
You're a craftsperson at heart. You enjoy digging into data systems, designing clean models, and writing code that lasts. You take pride in work that's done well — the kind that becomes invisible because it just works. You communicate clearly with both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders, and you ask the right questions before you start.

• 2+ years developing BI solutions, data models and pipelines

• Strong SQL and scripting skills, with hands-on experience integrating data from multiple source systems

• End-to-end experience delivering BI projects — data models, KPIs, dashboards

• Comfortable translating requirements from non-technical stakeholders into technical solutions

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field, and fluent English

• Fluent in English, corporate language
