Product Manager | Landing and Navigation Squad
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a unique opportunity for you who are an expert in assessing market needs and building strategic plans focused on growth. We offer a role where you will develop and be part of building the best online department store in the Nordics!
You will be responsible for understanding the users and business needs, and turning these into product development. We believe that you with your commercial thinking are able to translate this into the right features and strategy - securing high Return on Investment.
You will partner closely with the developers, the product designers and the business owners in order to create alignment throughout the project members. You will be driving small to big projects but also take ownership of different parts of the product chain. For example, how to improve the navigation experience. Your everyday will therefore be a variation between daily tasks to long going projects.
As a person, you are innovative and base your decisions on data. You are not limited by the status quo and you have a constant desire to improve. You should have a customer-centric and commercial mindset, be strong in prioritizing and always ensure that our focus is spent on what’s best for the business.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision and senior management
Understand how the business operates and ensure alignment between customer behaviour and internal processes
Responsible for defining long and short-term roadmap, ensuring the product grows and improves
Lead the efforts according to business expectations throughout cross-functional teams in close collaboration with Product Designers and Developers
Drive product improvements and innovation by listening to external and internal customer feedback
Analyze and act on business metrics and data to grow the business
Produce and review product requirements documents
Own feature delivery and make trade-off decisions for the product
Build and share Best Practices for the product management team
Constantly work on improving e-commerce KPI's and usability
Work with our internal CMS system
YOUR PROFILE
At least 3 years proven track record as a Product Manager or similar role
Previous experience owning the product roadmap and the entire product lifecycle
Strong stakeholder management skills across various teams, such as designers, engineers, and business owners
Familiar with Agile work methodology
Relevant knowledge from e-commerce or similar software driven business
An advantage to have experience working with a feature squad structure
To be successful in this role you are an excellent communicator and self-driven. You have a great commercial and market understanding and can translate needs into strategy. And it’s a great benefit to have a technical understanding, and know how to communicate with developers.
