THE OPPORTUNITY

We're a Nordic e-commerce company that happens to be a tech company underneath. Two apps - Boozt and Booztlet - a lot of customers, and a QA chapter of four that's been building out our automation over the past year, who are looking for a member.

We work in squads that own backend, web, and mobile. Mobile is home turf for QAs, but we're comfortable going into a neighbour's code or picking up their testing too.

QA’s work is a mix: interesting new features, regression that nobody writes home about, and the automation we're building to shrink that part.

What you'll do

• Test our apps by hand, automate what deserves automating, and keep shrinking the manual half.

• Be the quality voice inside your squad - not the gate at the end of the line. Devs, PM, design: you're in the room while decisions are made, not after.

• Be a proactive member of the QA Chapter - what we do, where we're going, and how we know it's working. Share your expertise along the way; the chapter gets better together.

• Live with AI in your daily work, agents, skills, MCP servers, and keep pushing it into more of what we do. It definitely helps produce more code; we should be sure it is high quality one.

• Keep your own skills sharp - new tools, new practices, whatever the field throws at us. We give you a full day every sprint for exactly that: Research Friday.

You'll fit if

• 4+ years in testing, preferably mobile applications.

• Hands-on experience writing code and maintaining automated tests - XCUITest or Espresso preferred; solid web or backend automation works too, as long as you can reason about what belongs at which level.

• Worked as part of an engineering team: briefings, code review, a shared repository, decisions made together rather than alone.

• A habit of staying current with AI - you understand what it's good for and what it isn't, and you use it (or want to use it) daily with a healthy dose of scepticism.

• Independence and follow-through - you finish what you start, because this is who you are.
