THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a junior accountant to join our growing Accounting team. As a junior accountant, you will be responsible for booking supplier invoices and handling finance-related emails.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Bookkeeping and processing of supplier invoices related to inventory purchases

• Daily follow-up of deliveries against purchase orders and inventory systems

• Assist with daily administrative tasks such as handling finance-related emails

• Communication with suppliers regarding delivery status, discrepancies, and invoice matters

• Collaboration with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve delivery and invoice-related issues

• Responsibility for identifying inefficiencies in current processes and proposing improvements

YOUR PROFILE

To be successful in this role, you have attention to high-quality detail and accuracy. You are eager to learn and grow in the accounting field. Your approach to problem-solving is proactive and innovative. You are a positive, responsible, and structured person who thrives on collaboration. You can work in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with work experience, is considered an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

• Fluent in English - Boozt corporate language
