Events & Partnerships Coordinator

THE OPPORTUNITY
From brand events and pop-ups to running club activations and partnerships, this is your opportunity to turn ideas into experiences that bring the Boozt brand to life.

As our events and partnerships grow, you will play a key role in making them happen. Working closely with brand partners and colleagues across Boozt, you will coordinate activations from planning to execution, creating engaging brand experiences that support our commercial initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your focus will be on coordinating the practical side of our events and partnerships, keeping activities organized and ensuring projects are delivered as planned.

• Plan and execute events: Coordinate running club activations, brand events and pop-ups from planning to on-site execution.

• Coordinate partnerships and activations: Work with brand partners and category managers on sponsorships, partnership activations and cross-marketing initiatives, including requests related to Boozt Media Partnership (our inhouse media agency).

• Manage event logistics: Coordinate venues, suppliers, timelines and budgets in collaboration with Creative Production.

• Keep things organized: Maintain the events and partnerships calendar and budget tracker, while keeping stakeholders aligned on priorities, responsibilities and deadlines.

• Track performance: Monitor and report on event and partnership results against KPIs in collaboration with the Influencer & Events Manager.
  

YOUR PROFILE
You are a hands-on and well-organized person who enjoys coordinating projects, working with different stakeholders and making sure things come together. You are proactive, solution-oriented and comfortable working towards a shared direction while taking responsibility for execution.

• Experience in event management, project coordination, partnerships or sponsorship activations, ideally within retail, fashion or e-commerce.

• Practical experience with budgets, suppliers and event logistics, including on-site coordination.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across teams, manage deadlines and keep stakeholders aligned.

• Fluent in English, our corporate language
